Acceptance of Terms
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.
Contract, Payment and Delivery all within New Zealand.
Orders will only be accepted by Euro Performance Ltd., New Zealand and payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Product Availability
Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Euro Performance Ltd does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
Use of Cookies
Some pages on this site may use "cookies" which are small files that the site places on your hard drive for identification purposes. These files are used for site registration and customisation the next time you visit us. You should note that cookies cannot read data on your hard drive. Your Web browser may allow you to be notified when you are receiving a cookie, giving you the choice to accept it or not. Orders, Price and Payment
Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the catalogue pages of this site. All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time.
Delivery charges within mainland North Island and South Island New Zealand will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Delivery will be by courier chosen by Euro Performance Ltd.
Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Euro Performance Ltd. Goods are at our risk until delivered to you.
We may deliver each item ordered separately if we chose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.
Warranties
Euro Performance Ltd gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing. Unless the goods are acquired for business purposes, Euro Performance Ltd will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing on this site is to be construed as a recommendation to use any particular product.
You must notify us immediately any issue arises. Delayed action in notifying us which results in further damage to any product will not be covered by us.
Limitation of Liability
Euro Performance Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if Euro Performance Ltd was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Payment
Payment is to be made in New Zealand dollars and is by bank deposit. Euro Performance does not offer the facility to pay in installments. All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. |
